ADMISSION AND REGULATIONS
School Admission
Parents willing to admit their children at P.P. Memorial Academy must register in them in the month of November. The registration form is attached to this prospectus. It can be obtained from the fee counter entrance of the school. Registered candidates will have to appear for an admission test cum interview when called for. Admission to the school is totally at the discretion of its management. The school does not accept affidavit to change the date of birth already entered by the parents and guardians.
Hostel Admission
Parents willing to admit their sons in the P.P. Memorial Academy Hostel must fill up Hostel Form at the time of admission to school. Admission to the hostel is granted only after the candidate is admitted is admitted to the school. A recent photograph of the student in the school uniform, photograph of the father and photograph of the mother are required at the time of admission. All the other details regarding the hostel admission can be procured from the reception counter.
General Rules of Discipline
These are available in the school dairy which will be given to every child admitted to the school. The discipline is kind but necessarily strict and the on the concept FREEDOM WITH RESPONSIBILITY.
Payment of fees
All instruction regarding the payment of fees will be available in the school dairy. The fee collected is the only source of the school. It will be used for all the expenses of the school including the salary of the personnel employed. All the children admitted to the school are educated an affordable. Fees are to be paid on a monthly or an quarterly or an annual basis.
School Curriculum
The school curriculum includes classroom teaching of the school subjects, remedial classes, physical instruction and games classes, karate classes, dance classes, routine examinations, school functions, parent-teacher meeting and up gradation of teaching-learning material.
